For some reason gag gifts for 50th birthday seemed to be in order when my dad turned 50.  In fact from that point on it is almost exclusively what my family gets my dad for birthdays & Christmas.  I guess something happened when he turned 50 that said it’s now time to make fun of things and gag gifts are certainly the best way to do that.

One of the best gag gifts for a 50^th birthday male are a rather large pair of glasses, some hearing aids, and some male enhancement drugs.  This would bring out allot of laughs and help to remove any nervousness that they are feeling for turning the big 50.  Now For the ladies I would steers clear of anything focusing on their age and jesting about because women tend to have a more difficult time with this birthday year.
