Losing weight is one of those things. Easy to do in theory. But in practice? Most find it extremely difficult. It requires discipline and will power. You are most likely going to have to sacrifice some pleasures for a while.
Why is losing weight easy in theory? That’s because it only requires one thing, that your intake of calories is less than the calories you burn. That is how you achieve weight loss. How to achieve fast weight loss? Burn a lot more calories than what your intake is.
A few practical tips that will help:
- Drink lots of water
- Eat protein rich foods
- Eat foods low on fat and carbonhydrates
- Stay active during the days
- Get a good amount of sleep
- Don’t eat right before going to sleep

Fish is a super healthy food. You should eat at least twice a week fish. Fish can replace successfully any other meats. Reduce your intake of chicken, beef and porn meat and you will be much more healthy and also shed your weight.
You might ask how can I lose weight by eating fish since it contains lots of fats. It is true that some types of fish contain lots of fats but they are the healthy kind of fats that your body needs to function. Fish contains omega 3 fatty acids, which are super healthy and good for you.
I don’t recommend you ever deep fry your fish. You can grill, bake or even boil it but never eat fried fish. It ruins all its health benefits. In fact you should avoid eating all fried foods if possible.
