Knowing how to loose belly fat is quite simple. Now when I say simple, I don’t mean easy. Anything worthwhile is going to take some time and effort. The best way to get rid of your belly fat is to simply change your diet. The belly didn’t just get there on its own. It got there through years of neglect and eating the wrong types of foods. Obviously, there are some people who have some sort of medical condition, but for most people, it just comes down to eating the wrong things and not getting enough exercise. So how do you make your stomach smaller? By eating less fattening food as well as exercising to help your body burn off all of the excess fat that is stored.

So here are the basic weightloss formula. It all comes down to some very basic principles. Expend more calories than you consume, or consume less then you expand and you will lose weight. It’s easy like that. The truth of the matter is that fad diets and gimmicks don’t work. You will have to change some of your behaviour that was the cause of your weight gain in the first place. And then but only then will you lose weight permanently.
