The Fat Burning Diet

The fat burning diet comes down to reducing the amount of calories you eat on a weekly basis, and increasing your intake of protein. What you will first want to do is find out how many calories you consume a week on average. You can do this by simply keeping track of the amount of calories you eat per day for two weeks. After the two weeks is done, just simply take the average of the two weeks. From here you will want to figure out a way to reduce 3000 calories per week as well as add in more protein to your diet. The protein you get should come from foods that are low in fat such as skinless chicken breast. Of course, you also want to exercise as well.
