Anyone who has traveled with rolling luggage will happily tell you that it is the only way to travel. Rolling luggage takes much of the hassle out of traveling because you can handle the luggage easily without too much lifting.

Rolling luggage was originally invented by a pilot in 1989; he was obviously tired of carrying luggage around in his work. It has since become almost the only type of luggage used these days; it is rare that you see anyone carrying a big suitcase. The rolling luggage is so much easier to use and doesn’t cause injury or strain to the neck, shoulders or back like luggage that needs to be carried.

One key aspect of rolling luggage is to make sure you buy a size that will fit in the overhead bins of airlines.
