Wet shavers for you
Most wet shavers prefer brushes that are made of badger hair. Badger hair is the most expensive of the bristles for brushes. The least expensive of these brushes begin at twenty-five dollars, but some can cost over $1000. Generally, the whiter the tips of the brush, the more expensive the brush.
The shape of shaving brushes have changed very little in shape since the brushes were first introduced in France around 1750. Today there are synthetic bristles and handles. You will still find that there are handles made of traditional materials such as wood or metal. In addition, you will find plastic, or nylon handles. The choice of handle has little effect on the effectiveness of the brush. Brushes that are more expensive can have handles made of materials such as tortoise shell.
