What to Do About Loose Skin
The most common cause for loose skin is weight loss. Intentional or not, weight loss without proper exercise can cause you to have loose, sagging skin. The most common areas for this to occur is in the upper arms, lower stomach, chin and neck area and sometimes the thigh area. Usually the problem can be addressed by simply performing toning exercises. This is not an overnight cure like we all would wish, but toning will work if you put in the effort. Look for a toning program and try it everyday. Unlike strenuous aerobic type exercises these are geared to tone and stretch muscle not necessarily burn calories. Following this regiment for a while will have your skin back to normal and you may even see an improvement.
