If you make a lot of long distance international calls, you might want to try out using the Magic Jack voip phone service. All calls to Canada are free, as in the United States so if you make your calls to Canada you are already covered. When you make other international calls, you will either be charged varying amounts per minute to make them or you can buy another Magic Jack device and send it to the person or persons that you call the most. Then that person will also be able to call you or anyone else in the United States for free. Or should I say almost free as the cost for the service is currently $20 per year. You should recoup this small charge quickly if you make many international calls.
